The Stop the Mine Task Force will be hosting a discussion of the current status of the proposed reopening of the Idaho Maryland Mine by Rise Gold. Charlie Brock will be the featured speaker. Please come and learn why the mine would be an environmental disaster for us all. Charlie will explain what we can do now to let our voices be heard in opposition to this project. Time is of the essence as the Planning Commission will be making a recommendation and the Board of Supervisors will be making a decision for or against the mine very soon.
