Democracy Vespers and Vigil

On Saturday, February 3, 4:00 pm, launching our February theme of Justice and Equity, Rev. Kevin will host a Democracy Vespers and Vigil at UUCM, a gentle, reflective opportunity to acknowledge and speak to the grief, fear, resilience, hope, and commitment in our hearts and souls. A one-hour indoor vespers service of words, silence, music, and ritual will be followed by a candlelight or glowstick vigil outside, weather permitting.

You are invited to bring an object for the altar, something that represents to you the value and the promise of democracy. You are also invited to spread the word and to bring a friend. Oh, and warm clothing for the vigil at the end.
