Deep Listening Across Differences
with Rev. Cat Cox, M.A.T., M.Div.
Join us on Zoom for a rich dive into the practice of deep listening across differences. Please contact Rev. Kevin to RSVP.
There is no more powerful, challenging or rewarding spiritual practice than deep listening. Discover the concrete communication tools that really do allow us to bridge seemingly impossible differences with both integrity and respect. Building our capacity to open with curiosity and empathic care to another’s experience, feelings and needs also allows us – and actually requires us – to open more deeply and compassionately to ourselves as well, strengthening our capacity for meeting all life’s challenges. Let’s explore how deep listening opens the way to repairing relationships, building community, and offering gifts of healing to the world – while releasing ourselves from suffering.
This workshop will be held via Zoom, up to two persons per screen.
