Really, how do “they” expect us to feel our joy right now? Is it even okay to feel joy with what we are going through? Well, let’s look more deeply. Some say underneath everything, joy waits as a patient foundation of our being, sometimes covered with woe, sometimes hidden beneath pain and fear, but always available to support our wholeness and action, and always ready to surprise us like the sun breaking through the clouds. Join us as we enter this month of exploring the importance of joy as a tool to sooth, sustain, and empower us. Just “maybe that’s the way light leaks into our weary world.”
