Home is Where the Heart Is
Unitarian Universalist Community of the Mountains
September 8, 2024
Rev. Kevin Tarsa
Cheryl Morris, Worship Associate
special musical guest Mei Lin Heirendt
With this month’s theme of invitation, the voices of the UUCM choir, and the magic of guest Mei Lin Heirendt’s amazing musical artistry, we consider our own sense of “home” our willingness to extend that sense of home, belonging, and welcome to others.
It was also Bring your Grandchildren to Church Day! This was an opportunity to share our community with new and returning young people and their families. Our Kids’ Connection volunteers planned special activities for children upstairs during the service that they shared and showed off afterwords.
